When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way.

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Some items are final sale (see below).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to Canada only at the moment. International orders are final sale and may be subject to customs fees.
Are your products ethically sourced?
We prioritize ethical sourcing, artisan-made goods, and sustainable practices whenever possible. We work with small makers and suppliers who align with our values of respect and intention.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Many of our items are handmade or natural. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are normal and expected.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
No. Due to instant access, all digital products are non-refundable.
