Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may begin processing the following business day.
During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is packed with care and intention.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Canada only at this time.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
GIRASOL is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Lost or stolen packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible but cannot replace or refund lost packages once shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GIRASOL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
