Returns & Exchanges Policy
At GIRASOL, we are committed to offering thoughtfully curated goods that are chosen with intention and care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shopgirasolcollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our offerings, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Digital downloads and printable products

Ritual consumables (incense, herbs, Palo Santo, sage, cones, candles, etc.)

Crystals, stones, and pendulums

Personal care or cleansing items

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
These items are final sale for hygiene, energetic integrity, and digital access reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopgirasolcollective@gmail.com with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
International Orders
International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns on international shipments due to customs, duties, and shipping complexities.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
